The installation aims to take visitors on a “factory tour” filled with fantasy objects. This made-up world consists of multi-lingual signage, dust-producing appliances, and anti-aging antidotes. Watson’s work explores the notion of time where fake TV commercials, animated images and objects evolve both physically and visually over time. Teenvideos showcase imaginary anti-aging products that are be “sold” throughout the installation at the MCA Denver. . The installation blurs the lines between high and low art with democratic media.Artist statements
