Out-of-school art programs like PlatteForum’s ArtLab are urgently needed in our community. These programs support and encourage youth to stay in school, graduate, engage in their community and prepare for post secondary success. Students that participate in programs like PlatteForum’s ArtLab receive social and emotional support, and the opportunity to develop their creative voice and practices.
