About Creative Fortitude:

This healing circle aims to offer a safer space to tell, unpack, process, hold, and heal.  It is an invitation to show up exactly as and where you are, to lean into vulnerability to be held, and to help hold one another. This is a space for self care and community care. To continue cultivating tender nests of community so that we can be supported in all that we are carrying.  So that we can strengthen our tools of resilience. So that we can *rest* and heal together.

Each session we will incorporate healing circle style heart check ins and tools for our self care (including somatic practices for nervous system balancing and herbal allies to support our healing.) Participants will also have the opportunity to indicate any specific support they might be needing at the group beforehand via the registration page.
